Safeguarding, confidentiality and duty of care
We take psychological safety seriously. We create well-held spaces for honest conversations, and we treat information shared with care.

Confidentiality
We will handle what you share respectfully and discreetly. Where we are working with a group, we do not attribute comments to individuals in write-ups.
Clear reporting routes
If your request relates to harm, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or a safeguarding concern, we will clarify the safest route for reporting and follow-up within your organisation.
Duty of carev
If something shared suggests immediate risk to someone’s safety or welfare, we may recommend pausing the work and signposting appropriate support or referral routes.
