Our Services
Most organisations don’t need more statements. They need:
- clarity on what’s really happening
- practical skills people can use in real situations
- systems and leadership habits that make inclusion consistent
Our work is organised into three strands. You can start with any one of them.
1) Diagnosev
Culture & Inclusion Diagnostics
See what’s really happening beneath the surface
This strand is for organisations that need a clear, honest picture of their culture before making decisions.
You might be:
- Hearing worrying signals but not sure how widespread they are
- Holding complaints, exit interviews or anonymous feedback you can’t ignore
- Holding complaints, exit interviews or anonymous feedback you can’t ignore
- Preparing for a strategy, accreditation or leadership transition and want a baseline
- Concerned that your “official story” doesn’t match staff experience
When issues around race, gender, power or behaviour are mishandled, culture stops being “just a DEI issue” and becomes a leadership and organisational risk. Diagnostics give you a grounded view of what’s really happening, and what needs to change first.
Culture Risk & Inclusion Audit
A structured, time-bound review of your culture with a focus on safety, fairness and inclusion.
What we do
- Review key documents, policies and previous surveys
- Run confidential interviews and/or focus groups across levels and demographics
- Analyse patterns in complaints, turnover and informal feedback
- Map specific culture and inclusion risks, not just generic “areas for improvement”
What you get
- Clear summary of strengths, risks and blind spots
- Themed analysis of what is happening, for whom, and why
- Prioritised 90-day action list, with owners and suggested timelines
- Optional briefing session for leadership or board
Staff Voice & Focus Groups
Deep-dive sessions to understand lived experience, especially on sensitive topics like race, gender, bullying, harassment and microaggressions.
What we do
- Design psychologically safe questions and formats
- Facilitate online or in-person groups across staff categories
- Capture themes without exposing individuals
- Sense-check findings with you before finalising
What you get
- Thematic report with anonymised quotes and practical recommendations
- Insight into what people say privately that they may not write in a survey
- Clear signals on trust, reporting routes and leadership behaviours
Targeted Reviews
Focused diagnostics where you need a sharper lens on a particular area.
Examples
- Gender and inclusion mini-audit for a faculty, unit or department
- Race equity review in a programme, school or business unit
- Team culture review where there has been churn, conflict or complaints
What you get
- Compact, issue-specific report
- Traffic-light view of risk and opportunity
- Tailored next steps that fit your context and capacity
2) Develop
Training & Capability Building
Give people tools they can actually use
Once you understand the landscape, the next step is to equip people with practical skills.
Programmes are designed to be:
- Grounded in your context (Ireland, Nigeria and international environments)
- Focused on behaviour and decisions, not just awareness
- Safe enough for honest conversation, structured enough to be contained

3) Embed
Advisory, Policy & Leadership Support
Make inclusive practice part of how you run the organisation
Change does not stick by itself. This strand focuses on the systems, decisions and leadership habits that keep people safe and treated fairly over time.
Leadership Inclusion Clinic
Ongoing support for leaders dealing with live, complex issues.
How it works
- Monthly or bi-monthly 90-minute virtual clinics
- Small group of leaders or managers (for example 6–12 people)
- Real cases brought to the session (anonymised as needed)
- Space to think through options, risks and communications
What you get
- More confident handling of sensitive situations
- Consistency across different leaders and departments
- A regular touchpoint to keep inclusion and psychological safety on the agenda
Strategy, Policy & Framework Advisory
Support to align your written commitments with how your organisation actually works.
This can include:
- Reviewing and refining DEI strategies
- Advising on anti-racism or gender equality action plans
- Strengthening bullying, harassment and dignity-at-work policies
- Clarifying reporting routes, thresholds and responsibilities
What you get
- Policies and frameworks that are clear, realistic and implementable
- Language that staff and managers can understand and use
- Better alignment between what you say externally and what people experience internally
Implementation Support (“Critical Friend” Role)
Medium- to long-term support to keep momentum and honest reflection alive.
What this can look like
- Quarterly check-ins to review progress and unblock barriers
- Input on communications, consultation and engagement plans
- Joining steering groups or working groups as an external voice
- Reviewing key documents and tools for inclusion and clarity
What you get
- An external perspective that can say what insiders sometimes cannot
- Guardrails to stop actions sliding back into “business as usual”
- A thinking partner to hold both ambition and realism
Working across Ireland, Nigeria and international contexts
We routinely work with organisations in:
- Ireland: universities, arts bodies, public sector, NGOs and professional services
- Nigeria: education, financial services, professional services, NGOs and programmes
- International: EU and other global partner projects
That gives us a nuanced understanding of:
- Different legal and regulatory frameworks
- How hierarchy, class, ethnicity and gender show up in different settings
- The expectations of funders, regulators and international partners
Advice is always tailored to where you sit and who you are accountable to.
Not sure where to start?
You don’t have to arrive with a fully defined brief.
If you are:
- Sitting on concerns about culture or behaviour
- Holding a complex complaint or pattern you cannot ignore
- Planning a strategy, accreditation or major change
- Looking for a partner to help you move beyond statements
…we can start with a short conversation about where you are now and where the pressure points are.
